At Salect Aesthetics we truly care about you and your outcome. We strive to meet your overall wellness needs and deliver optimal treatment results.

If during a visit you seek evaluation and treatment for conditions or symptoms not related the appointment you are scheduled for, if there is time and if appropriate, you may evaluated and treated at the discretion of the provider. This is considered concierge medicine and you will incur an additional cost and prescribing fee. Furthermore any follow-up prescriptions or treatments for said conditions or symptoms will also incur additional costs.

We are committed to continuously expanding our services Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Services booked for promotions are charged at the time of booking. Appointment must be completed by date stated. No refunds are given for promos purchased and not redeemed within the stated time frame. While you may earn rewards points on redeemed promotional services, you may not use points, coupons or other discounts to purchase promotions.

Our gift cards can be purchased at our office, or on our website. Gift cards are not returnable and are redeemable for services or retail. They are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards. Salect Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and/or products. Gift cards are not valid for gratuities.

We do not offer refunds or credit on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result, or unhappy with the outcome, or the outcome does not meet your expectations or no longer wish to continue with the service for any reason. Our packages, treatments and programs are non-transferable; no refunds or store credit is given for partially redeemed packages, treatments, or programs.

Booking requires a card HOLD of $50. Your card is not charged at time of booking.

As a courtesy to our providers, please provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

You will be charged $50 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or if there is a no-show.

If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to be courteous of other clients’ appointment times.
