We are committed to continuously expanding our services Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Services booked for promotions are charged at the time of booking. Appointment must be completed by date stated. No refunds are given for promos purchased and not redeemed within the stated time frame. While you may earn rewards points on promotional services, you may not use points, coupons or other discounts to purchase promotions.

Our gift cards can be purchased at our office, or on our website. Gift cards are not returnable and are redeemable for services or retail. They are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards. Salect Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and/or products. Gift cards are not valid for gratuities.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result, or unhappy with the outcome, or the outcome does not meet your expectations. Before treatments you signed a consent form that advised of the no-refund policy; that you understand that the results of your treatment cannot be guaranteed and that results may vary from person to person. Furthermore that most often more than one treatment is needed for better results. Our packages are non-transferable. It is up to the discretion of our clients to move forward treatment after the consent form is signed and before said service is rendered.

Return Policy On Products

We accept returns on unopened/undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. All refunds are for Salect Aesthetics credit for for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.

No-Show Policies

Booking requires a card HOLD of $50. Your card is not charged at time of booking.

As a courtesy to our providers, please provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

You will be charged $50 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or if there is a no-show.

If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to be courteous of other clients’ appointment times.
